F-Test (ANOVA)

Use the Statistics > F-Test (ANOVA) command to perform the F-Test, also called ANOVA. This test is used to compare the means of gene expression values for individual replicates or groups of replicates for a given gene. The primary difference between the F-Test and the other t-Tests is that it can be used to compare more than two datasets simultaneously.

Selecting this test from the Statistics menu will launch the Statistics Parameters dialog where you can define the data to be included in the analysis, as well as the Multiple Testing Correction adjustment to be used.
