RPK (reads assigned per kilobase of target) normalization is available for RNA-Seq experiments. When RPK is selected, the signal values for each experiment will be divided by the total bases of target sequence divided by one thousand.
For the RPK normalization method, the target sequence is defined by what you use as genes for your template sequence(s). See Set Up Preprocessing for CNV and RNA-Seq Data for more information.
