DNASTAR Assemblies on the Cloud

DNASTAR’s Assemblies on the Cloud offers a secure and fast way to perform one or more SeqMan NGen assemblies without using up your computer’s resources.

Data must be uploaded to the DNASTAR Cloud Data Drive before it can be used in a SeqMan NGen Cloud Assembly project. The Cloud Data Drive can be accessed in either of the following ways:

•      By launching the DNASTAR Cloud Data Drive as a standalone application from the DNASTAR Navigator.

•      By going to the SeqMan NGen Cloud Assembly screen and pressing the Upload Data button.
