Launch SeqMan NGen

There are several ways to launch SeqMan NGen, but we recommend doing so from within the DNASTAR Navigator:

•      By clicking on SeqMan NGen.

•      By clicking on a workflow in the Transcriptomics section (except for Microarray Gene Expression).

•      By clicking on DNASTAR Assemblies on the Cloud (for licensed users).

•      By clicking on DNASTAR Cloud Desktop and running SeqMan NGen from within the Cloud (for licensed users).

Alternatively, you can open the application using the Start button (Win) or from within the Application folder (Mac).

In every case, you will begin at The Welcome Screen.
