In the Define Binding Proteins dialog, selecting Unknown from the Binding site type menu lets you use the whole genome to find peaks. Binding site locations within peaks will not be reported.
The dialog is immediately updated to appear as below:
1) Type a name into the Binding Protein Label text box.
2) Click Next to proceed to the next wizard screen.
