SeqMan Pro is the assembly tool of choice for numerous types of small-to-medium assembly projects. To create larger assemblies, including BAM-based assemblies, we recommend using DNASTAR’s SeqMan NGen application.
Since data types and computers vary, your experience using SeqMan Pro will depend on several variables: the data used (the number of reads, read length, and depth), parameters chosen, and your computer’s RAM. If you are not able to complete your assembly with our suggestions below, please contact us for additional help and direction.
