Note: This topic is not applicable to BAM-based projects.
To cancel the split candidates suggested by SeqMan Pro:
Highlight the contig(s) or scaffold(s) from which you wish to cancel the suggestions from the Project Summary window, and then select Contig > Cancel Suggestions.
Alternatively, you may click Cancel in the enhanced Alignment View to cancel the suggestions for the current contig only.
Whenever you cancel suggestions, the enhanced Alignment View for that contig is converted back to the standard Alignment View.
Note that you must cancel suggestions if you have performed a search already and wish to initiate another. You may also want to cancel suggestions when adding new data to a project since new data cannot be assembled into contigs that have active suggestions. When you add new data to a project, you will be given an opportunity to cancel the suggestions.
