SeqMan Pro can perform preassembly and assembly operations in an automated mode. Automatic operation can be invoked in one of two ways:
•While adding data, hold down Ctrl (Win) or Cmd (Mac) while dragging and dropping. For more information, see Executing Preassembly and Assembly on Drag-and-Drop.
•Add a text file containing scripted commands. Automatic operation can be useful if you plan to assemble large numbers of sequence reads. For detailed information on using scripting in SeqMan Pro, see SeqMan Pro Scripting Manual.
