Saving search results as text files

To save all of your BLAST or text search results as a text file, make the results window the active window. Then select the appropriate option:

•      For BLAST results in SeqMan only: File > Save BLAST Report

•      For all other situations: File > Save As

By default, the file will be saved with a text file extension (.txt).
