You may locate conflicts, gaps, variants, potential false joins or consensus differences by using the search box in the lower left corner of the Alignment View.
Click on Unspecified Search to open the Search dialog. If you have recently performed a search, the last specified search criteria will appear instead of Unspecified Search.
