Issue: On Mac computers, attempts to open a file within SeqBuilder Pro can result in an error message: “Error occurred opening file. An error occurred while opening a file: basic_string.” This has been observed mainly on computers running non-English languages, but we are aware of it occurring on at least one English-language computer, as well.

Resolution: We are working on a fix for this issue to be released as a future patch. In the meantime, if you are experiencing this issue on your Mac machine, we recommend installing and running SeqBuilder Pro on a Windows machine instead.
