The Explorer panel is used to control which phylogenetic tree is displayed in the Tree view, and allows you to create additional trees or delete them.
To open the Explorer panel:
Click on the Explorer tab (
). If the panel is not already visible, reveal it using any of the following methods:
- Choose View > Explorer > Explorer or View > Reset Panel Layout.
- Press Ctrl/Cmd+Alt+E.
The only section currently available is the Trees section, which is described separately.
