After doing a BLAST or Entrez search, the Table view shows a list of potential matches. To filter this table to include only matches that meet additional criteria, click the Filter results tool (
) in the header and then click Filter. This opens the Filter dialog. The dialog offers different options, depending whether you did a BLAST or Entrez search.
