The Chromosomes section shows a table of chromosomes in the currently-selected experiment and allows you to easily maneuver between chromosomes in a multiple sample project. To access this section, click on the Explorer tab on the right and expand the Chromosomes section (if it is collapsed) or choose View > Explorer > Chromosomes from the main menu.

| Name | The name or number of the chromosome. |
| Size | The chromosome length in base pairs. |

| Display the Overview and Analysis view for one selected chromosome | Double-click on the table row. |
| Display only the Analysis view for a selected chromosome | Select a row in the table and click on the Show analysis view of selected chromosome tool ( ). This command can be used in tandem with the command in the row below to show the Analysis view for one chromosome and the Overview for a different chromosome. |
