When one experiment is selected

If a single experiment (sample) is selected in the Experiments section, the Details panel contains a subset of the following information:

Heading
  • Name – experiment name from the Experiments section.
  • Replicate – replicate set that the experiment has been placed in, if any.
Properties
  • Type – experiment type, if known (e.g., resequencing, RNA-Seq, etc.).
  • File – name and path of the sample file.
  • References – number of reference sequences used in the assembly.
  • Aligned sequences – number of sequences in the assembly.
