Troubleshoot failure to launch SeqMan NGen or ArrayStar

In order to launch SeqMan NGen and ArrayStar on Windows, the following must be installed on the same Windows machine.

• Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 / or Windows 8.1 / or Windows 10 or 11

• NET Framework 4.7 or higher

If you receive an error message and the application fails to launch, perform these steps:

1. Use Windows Update to ensure the latest important updates to Windows are installed.

2. Install any .NET updates still listed in Windows Update.

3. Reinstall Lasergene.
