Sequence section

The Sequence section, located in the Style panel, allows you to change display characteristics of the Sequence view.

Opening the Sequence section:

Do either of the following:

• Click the expand bar entitled Sequence
• Use View > Style > Sequence

*Note: The Sequence section is only enabled when a document is open in the Protean 3D application window.

Using the Sequence section:

Task	How To
To change the grouping of residues in the Sequence view	Use the Residue Grouping menu to choose between showing uninterrupted sequence or grouping it in sets of ten.
To change the Sequence view font style	Use the Font menu to choose between seven available fonts. Recently selected fonts appear at the top of the menu, and other available fonts appear below the row of dashes.
To change the Sequence view font size	Use the up and down arrows () next to the number to select a font size of 8 or larger.
