NovaFold AI-Multimer: protein structure prediction for multimers

NovaFold AI-Multimer utilizes the AlphaFold-Multimer algorithm developed by Google’s DeepMind to predict the 3D structures of multimers. It is one of five protein structure prediction applications that can be run as a cloud-based, separately licensed service within Protean 3D. NovaFold AI-Multimer uses a deep learning approach to predict multimeric assemblies of up to 6 structures. The algorithm starts by predicting individual protein structures, then predicts how those structures connect as a unit.

This workflow is a practical and fast way to accelerate drug/antibody development, and to study structural pathways for interactions between molecules.
