Create Sequences Based on Other Sequences (Batch Editing)

An efficient way to group your sequences in preparation for batch editing is to first open the sequences of interest, then use the command File > Collect Open Sequences into New Project. This puts all open sequences into one Project File. This makes it very easy to select the files when using the batch editing commands.
