Enzymes with unusual cleavage properties (Bgh I and Taq II) - User Guide to SeqBuilder Pro

Most restriction enzymes follow a simple cutting pattern, with one forward and one reverse cut site. Several enzymes have two forward and two reverse cut sites. For these enzymes, two restriction sites need to be entered into the database rather than one. For example, Bgh I:

Taq II has two distinct recognition sequences which may be represented as Taq II and Taq II’, respectively:
