History view

The History view is one of the ten views available in the Document window, and shares a sub-set of button tools with the other views. To make it the active view (or one of two active views), click on the History tab ( ).

The History view is empty until one of the following happens:

• You accept suggested annotation matches in the Annotation Results window. In this case, the view displays a list of the accepted annotations.

• You perform a cloning simulation and open any of the resulting files (i.e., entry clones, inserts, expression clones) in the SeqBuilder Pro Document window. In this case, the History view displays the Cloning Summary.

In the event that both of the above apply, the History view shows both cloning and annotation results. Newer results are appended underneath earlier results.

If you would like to remove all information from this view, choose View > Clear History. You will be prompted to confirm your decision.

*Note: When attempting to scroll left/right in this view, some Mac users may experience issues with the scroll bar. To easily correct the issue, see Fix issue with scrolling in the views.
