Within SeqBuilder Pro, “compatible” enzymes are enzymes that have the same overhang regardless of the other parts of the recognition sequence.
To display enzymes that are compatible with a particular enzyme:
- Open the Circular view or Linear view and apply one or more enzymes to the view.
- Within the view, click on the name of the desired enzyme to select it.

- Choose Enzymes > Show Enzymes Compatible with (enzyme name).

The number of displayed enzymes may decrease (as in the example images above) or increase, depending on the selection.
