The three types of Contig Report views display detailed information about a contig. To access the Contig Report view, choose one or more contigs from the Explorer panel and then do any of the following:
- From the toolbar to the right of the Explorer panel, press the Show report view of selected contigs tool (

).- Right-click on the selected contig in the Explorer panel and choose Contig Info Report.
- Choose View > Contig Report.
The Contig Report comes in three variations. To choose which variation of the report to display, use the drop-down menu on the upper left of the Contig Report view. Note that different types of assemblies may allow only a subset of view types or may contain one or more empty Contig Report views.
Note that the Clone this view tool (
) appears in the top right of the view header, but is not currently enabled for this view.
