Features track

Reference and/or alignment read features can be displayed as Feature tracks in the Strategy and Alignment views.

To display the desired Features track, you must check its box in the Tracks panel and also click the associated plus sign (if any) in the area of the view where the track is located. The Tracks panel lets you display features in three locations.

• Strategy header > Reference > Features – To display reference sequence annotations.
• Alignment header > Reference > Features – To display reference sequence annotations.
• Alignment reads > Features – To display annotations from the individual read files.

The following color scheme is used for feature display in SeqMan Ultra, MegAlign Pro and GenVision Pro.

To change Features track options:

Currently, the Features tracks do not have editable options. However, you can add white space above and/or below the track using sliders in the Layout section.
