To view the Sequences section, click on the Explorer panel expand bar entitled Sequences. If you can’t see the Explorer panel, choose View > Explorer to make it visible.
Sequences appear alphabetically by name and are followed with the sequence range that was used in the assembly. Portions that were trimmed (e.g., due to poor quality or the presence of vector) prior to the assembly are omitted from the range.
To open the Alignment view for the contig in which the sequence appears, double-click on the name of the sequence in the list. If there are numerous sequences on the list, navigate to the sequence of interest by starting to type its name in the search bar at the top of the section.
