Tutorial 3: Reverse complementing and translating a sub-range of a sequence

This tutorial explores how to reverse complement and then translate a specified sub-range of a sequence. In this example, you will save the translated reverse complement of the int gene and seven codons on either side of it from the file LAMCG.seq.

Sub-ranges can easily be set using the Modify Sequence(s) template. However, this tutorial demonstrates how to set up the same steps using the Toolkit only.
