Gene Ontology Style Settings

Preferences for the Gene Ontology view can be defined in the Set Styles window. This window can be accessed by selecting Graphs > Set Styles while the Gene Ontology view is active, or by clicking the Style Settings tool set styles button.

 

 

      Select the columns to be displayed by checking/unchecking the boxes in the Columns Shown section.

 

      In the Terms section, select which Annotation column to display and which P-value correction to use. If desired, you may choose to hide terms under a given significance threshold by checking the box next to Hide terms with, selecting P-value or Z-score from the drop-down box and entering a threshold value.

 

      In the Most Significant Terms section, choose which criteria is used to find the most significant terms in the Info Pane significance charts, as well as which significance chart is shown.

 

After making changes, click Apply, to apply the changes to the current view, or Save as Default to save these changes as your new default settings. To change all values in the Set Styles window back to their original default settings, click Use DNASTAR Styles.
