) from the toolbar.Some experiments may have attribute files associated with them. These attributes can be used to group experiments into replicate sets. Attribute files usually describe a single experiment, and may contain technical information about the chip, as well as information describing experimental conditions.
You can import attributes into ArrayStar during project setup. In addition, once project setup is complete, you can import attributes from the Experiment List view in any of three ways:
•By clicking on the Import Experiment Attributes tool () from the toolbar.
•By right-clicking on an experiment and choosing Import Experiment Attributes.
•By selecting an experiment, then click the Import (experiment) attributes link in the Actions section.
The information imported from attribute files is displayed in the Experiment Attributes section of the Experiment List view.
