Deleting Variants from the Report

To remove bases from a Variant Report and display them as non-variants:

1)  In the Variant Report, select the rows containing the variants you want to delete.

2)  Select Edit > Clear.

The rows are removed from the report.

Corresponding bases are colored as non-variants in the Alignment view.

Corresponding hash marks are removed from the Strategy View.
