SeqMan Pro can help you choose primer locations to drive the closure of gaps between contigs or to fill in areas of low coverage using its Primer Walking feature. To use primer walking, select contigs or sequences from the Project Summary Window. Then select Contig > Primer Walk to display the Primer Walking Setup dialog.
