The Experiment Tree is drawn above the Heat Map display and shows the clustering of experiments as calculated by the selected clustering method.
This tree is only available when the cluster experiments option is selected in the Clustering Parameters window.
When the tree is displayed, the order of the experiments reflects their clusterings. When the tree is not displayed, the displayed order of the clustered experiments is relative to the order shown in the Experiment List view.
Pass your mouse over an experiment in the Experiment Tree to see the Experiment Name, Averaging Method, Replicate Count, and Notes for each, displayed in the Details section of the Info Pane.
