Function
The Data Type tool allows you to choose what kind of signal values you wish to display in the Scatter Plot. Choose between Gene, IP Fragment, IP Peak, Exon and/or Isoform signals.
The Venn Mode tool will display the currently selected sets in a Venn diagram. If more than three sets are selected, this tool will be disabled.
The Dartboard Mode tool will display the currently selected sets in a dartboard diagram.
Click the Quantitative Shading tool to color the segments in the dartboard diagram based on the number of genes in each segment. The colors for the minimum and maximum values are defined in the Set Colors dialog and can be viewed in the color scale of the Info Pane.
Note: This option only applies to diagrams in Dartboard Mode.
Click the Per Ring Shading tool to color the segments in each ring of the dartboard diagram based on the number of genes in each segment. The colors for the minimum and maximum values will be assigned for each ring instead of for the entire diagram. The colors for the minimum and maximum values are defined in the Set Colors dialog.
Note: This option only applies to diagrams in Dartboard Mode and needs to be used in conjunction with Quantitative Shading.
Click the Print Preview tool to view the Venn diagram on screen as it will appear on the printed page.
Click the Print tool to print the Venn diagram.
Click the Copy Image tool to copy the graphical view so that you can paste it into another application, such as Word, PowerPoint, or Adobe Illustrator.
Note: In some applications, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, it may be necessary to select Edit > Paste Special then select Picture (Enhanced Metafile).
Click the Remember Selection as a Set tool to create a new set from your current selection.
All of the saved sets from your current project can be viewed in the Set List view.
Click the Show/Hide Info Pane tool to display/hide the Info Pane.
Click the Color Settings tool to access the Set Colors window.
