ArrayStar lets you easily create gene sets based on signal threshold, P-value or fold change. There are two ways to create quick sets:
•From within the Venn Diagrams Info Pane window, by pressing the Quick gene set creation button.
•From the Experiment List, by clicking the following link.
Note: The link is available for newly-created projects but may not be displayed if you are working with a previously saved project.
The Quick Gene Set Creation wizard normally opens at Step 1 but will open at Step 2 if DESeq2 or edgeR normalization was used. Each of the three steps is described in a separate topic:
